Search youtube for assembly, works great
It is a bit of a challenge to assemble the softbox, not great directions. Lookup on youtube and you will find out how to assemble, it was easy after that.

Nice stand if you have skinny bags!
Overall it is well made and fairly easy to put together. However if you have normal size cart bags, you will not be able to fit 2 of them. I ended up having to remove the shelves along the side to fit 2 bags (see picture).
