Baby "L" for crop-sensor Canons.
1 of 1 found this helpful Solid feel, smooth zoom, and fast/smooth focus. Optically not as fast as a 70-200mm L, but just about as sharp. An amazing bargain!.

Works as advertised.
1 of 1 found this helpful Good, sharp super-wide lens on my 40D. Some barrel distortion at 10mm, but mild. Feels well put together for a plastic lens- the zoom is smooth and the switches have a nice, positive action. Definitely light and relatively small- highly recommended!

Old-school tone.
1 of 1 found this helpful Sounds like "worn in" flats right out of the box, and feel great under the fingers. Tone stays stable for a loooong time, too. Definitely recommended if you want that old-school, Motown thump.
