Excessive tolerances during manufacturing allows for excessive rattling at the hitch. One anti-rattle device was included in the kit purchased. More attention to packaging for shipping needs to be considered. Plastic box housing kit was damaged but did not affect internal parts.

You get what you pay for. If you want better quality, then you have to pay more. Fair quality if you are replacing annually.
Replace yearly due to the quality of the material. Will not endure the warranty period.
