DISTANT THUNDER based on a true story
My dad SSG Jim Nichols special forces Ret. spent countless hours telling his story to one of the screen writers of this movie, It is loosely based on his experiences. I personally watched and listened as he spoke to this screen writer for many hours over the phone.
He and members of one of the Veteran groups out of the upper Olympic Peninsula near Port Angeles WA provided much of the back ground such as references to "Kissing the train".
I have looked for this version for a lot of years and it makes it so much more valued that it was actually signed by one of the main actors in the movie.
Thank you for a great EBAY experience and this DVD will be treasured for many years to come.

Happy camper
This is a OEM Honda part what more can I say works great install went easy the spring is another matter. I used a ratchet strap to pull the spring.

Identical to original issue
This sling looks and fits just like the one I was issued in the Army. I had previously left feed back with incorrect shipping feed back by accident my fat fingers. Shipping was ultra fast.
