Easy to assemble , However....
Very easy to assemble. Does not require Box Springs. However the wood supports are made of plastic. Sitting on corners of the bed the slats pop out of the plastic support holders. I had to go and purchase 1" x 4" wood and remove the plastic holders and slats in 4 different locations and use the new wood to run side to side to support the mattress so slats wont pop out of place.

Installation was easy
Product uses 3m tape so it held very well. However make sure surface is clean but has not been recently waxed. I used rubbing alcohol on surface first to make sure adhesion was at its best
