Honest opinion and NOT trying to give it a bad review, but....
No need to write a novel here-this is our experience. Received in proper time frame and intact(no damage). It's probably my fault for not researching properly but I wasn't expecting a curved handle. Next, the first sheet was a little hard to expose but I figured hey, it could be a little older or experience extreme heat. Then came the true test, which is why I purchased the unit in the first place and that was to clean up Pug hairs off of the sofa. In all honesty it was very sticky and it did pick up the Pug hairs for about 3 to 4 back and forth rolls-then nothing. I touched the roller and it was no longer sticky. I then changed to the next sheet and got pretty much the same results-very few rolls per sheet. Now this is Pug hair which is very short and it's not like my sofa was covered wall to wall as you could see the individual hairs on the sofa. I ended up using 7 to 8 sheets in total just for the seat cushions. I really don't like to give out bad reviews and please don't take this as one because you may get better results! Finally, I say that this roller is extra sticky-but not for long.
