Loose fit.
My last 2 neoprene jack covers were tight fitting. Hard to zip up because they seemed a little too small for the jack. This one is a little too big. I had to place a velcro strap around the top of the cover so the wind would not blow it open when driving. I am still happy with it. A little loose is better than to small to get it zipped closed.

Very light weight and super surdy
I have a pretty old, Giant brand mountain bike. This rack fit perfectly, like it was made for it.

Not for my Jeep Wrangler
This cap did not seal the small Evap Emissions System Leak on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. I have had this same problem in the past and paid $30 at a dealership for a new gas cap. That fixed it for a couple years. This time, I bought this $9.00 cap, hoping it would fix the leak. It did not. I will have to cough up more money for the manufacturer's gas cap to seal the leak. This appears to be a well made gas cap, sold at a very affordable price. It just might be better suited to a different vehicle.
