Sound Quality Lacking
Overall, I think this product is well-made and could be good in some applications but for my requirements I found that the quality of the sound was less than adequate. The sound did not have the bass loudness I was looking for.

Great Insurance - Good Price
Seems to be working great so far. I had one bubble that wouldn't smooth out so I left it there. A couple of days later, I noticed the bubble had worked it's way out. Easy product / cheap insurance!

Registered to another owner
Purchased this but one received could not set it up because it was registered to another owner and cannot be transferred over. This cost me valuable days of not having my security system up and running. As a result I had to return it and re-purchase another unit.
