crankshaft damage possible
2 of 2 found this helpful this adapter sleeve will damage the engine crankshaft if used as it, it does not fit the key ways as it is .062 inches too short. if installed, it will quickly shear out of the key way. this item is also under sized by a few thousandths and is not a tight fit as should it be to fit pulley to crankshaft. this is a china product.
fortunately, i am a machinist and was able to correct the issue but doing so cost more than i paid for the product.
do not start me on how the purchase went down!!!

great name brand thermostat but???
0 of 1 found this helpful Honeywell sells great products and this is definitely one of them and works professionally as intended. the big issue is the span can not be set! it does hold to 1 degree for sure but the electricity to do so will sky-rocket. this thermostat added 50 dollars to my bill. this thermostat will cycle the unit too much which is not good. after a month plus, I removed it for one that you can set span and electric bill dropped. programming it is not an issue, better than the one I bought to replace it. if you do not care about the money thing, buy it, if you do research some more!

injectors, just because they fit is only part of the story
1 of 1 found this helpful while advertised as genuine bosch injectors, they lack proper identification protocol and logo. that being said, bosch does sell an injector as an after-market from the manufacturer without markings but to say these are it is a good question. as i was in need of a set, i took the descriptions word on it but i still have doubts as it could be an honest mistake when dealing with reclaimed injectors. they do work and a power balance test proved they were at least working but for long term effects, too early to tell. my concerns:
1. no two injectors appear to be the same, a mixed bag
2. without markings, is what it is
3. although they will fit a nissan 2.5qr engine does not mean it is a match for it. different years and models have an impact. these were sold as improved 4 hole injectors which maybe for some but my particular engine uses the 10 hole injector with different spray pattern and angle. you can believe it or not (your choice) but this DOES have an impact on the system and burn.
4. the only common thing was they had the same color code band for pounds/hour rate but that does not tell much if you have different system pressures. there should be a documentation of flow vs pressure they were tested with, after all it was advertised they could be used in a race engine, i sure wouldn't use them without proper paper work. at higher pressures, the injector can go bunkers.
5. ethanol fuel will attack buna-n o-rings which were installed on the injectors. this could lead to fuel leaks and fire hazard.
final take, if you can not afford new, these probably will do. just wish they were more identifiable.
