They taste great & do the job.
0 of 1 found this helpful Have taken these for some time. They work pretty much consistently, however, I do have to take about 8-10 of them per night. The problem is that in that amount, I sometimes have less than desirable dreams. Overall, they allow me to get sleep I otherwise would not have gotten. Synopsis: They taste great & do the job. Would give them a 5 except for the dreams...
