  ❌❌❌Seller described items as “new in package” but when received them, they had an aweful unsanitary foul smell. I asked seller to return but she denied so I had to ask eBay to step in for a return. She offered to refund half but now said she doesn’t know how to and have to get help with refund even though she has 1800 transactions on eBay. Keeps giving me the runaround!!!
