Heavy duty, yet Very lightweight and functional
2 of 2 found this helpful I loved this so much I bought another shortly to have as spare and take to family gatherings where the coffee pot can hardly keep up. Its super sturdy, unlike the off brand version I picked up first because it was cheaper. Just get the real deal the first time and you won't regret it. Its bigger, stronger and you don't have to worry about bending the cheap metal when you wash it like the flimsier copy cats.

Great Knives - Great Value
These are great knives, I especially love that they stay sharp much longer than most other knives out there. They aren't supposed to be run thru a dishwasher but even if you do it only affects the appearance of them and the how well they work. I bought several sets to give to family and friends who were always looking for their "one good paring knife" and they were thrilled
