Good product.

The product is let down by its packaging.
3 of 3 found this helpful When I opened this coconut oil, I was immediately struck by the very strong odour of plastic which also smelled strongly of a glue-like substance. Obviously, for the health conscious among us, this is a bit of a warning bell and could indicate that the chemicals from the packaging might be contaminating the oil. This is a bit off-putting. However, I had bought a few buckets of it and decided I was going to use them anyway.
To be fair, I could not detect any odour or flavour of the gluey plastic in the oil itself, which I do trust is of a good quality and that it is organic, or was before it was scooped into the bucket. But just to be on the safe side, I have not made a repeat order. If it wasn't for this, I would definitely have made a repeat order.
