Weirdly fun for kid and adult wrestling fans

I initially watched "Scooby Doo: Curse of the Speed Demon" as a joke. I like to watch bad movies, and how could the idea of Scooby Doo and the Undertaker teaming up for a monster truck race possibly be good, right? Well hey, the joke was on me, because it's actually a great time! Everything is very kid friendly (even, somehow, the androgynous Goldust) while being just enough "What on earth did I just see?" for adults to enjoy. I would recommend this to any child fan of WWE, or adult fan with a good sense of humor.

Is what it is, I guess...

I bought it as a joke gift because we're big fans of the BBC comedy show Black Books, and they reference it in the first episode. So if you're like-minded, it's good for a giggle. Otherwise, the advice is purely subjective. Taken literally, I personally don't find the suggestions at all realistically calming, but again that's just me.
