I wrote the seller to apologize for underestimating shipping, because Item shipping cost was $90 more than the $10 the seller paid, plus $30 for the box. Certainly my mistake, and i understand dissapointment. However, the Buyer didn't want to pay more than $25 of the total cost, likely because i gave him a huge price cut and he could resell it. That's his business. I canceled the sale and gave full refund. I do not appreciate being bullied or shamed.

Worry at first, but proved me wrong.

I was concerned at first because I do not like water in my nose, but I shouldn't have. Everything is fast and I don't even have time to get concerned. It irritates my nose well and discharges mucus that is up into the sinuses. The only bad thing about it is that there are days when I put my head down, after a couple of hours of using it, and water comes out of my nose unexpectedly.

It doesn not stay on lips.

The product goes in dry and it starts drying my lips right away. I go to have breakfast and by the time I am done, have no more product left on my lips. It doesn't last, it doesn't do a good job for me. I would not recommend it. Waste of money!
