Solid, heavy duty.
Much more solid build than any others I've seen. Heavy duty housing and solid copper contacts.

Real good. Pay attention to heat settings.
Definitely helps many types of neck & shoulder pain. I didn't read directions and always used high heat which was sometimes too hot to be comfortable (pay attention to color-coded heat indicator lights).

Relaxing watch face variety.
Newer versions may or may not be much better but watch really works well on keeping time, variety of watch faces, etc.
