7 of 7 found this helpful I purchased this product for a taxi service in Mexico and tested it with a known carrier in the region (Movistar) and had no problems communicating with the device. I am still testing this device but so far it has been working great. It takes a little bit of training on the buyer side to get used to the text commands. It would be a good idea to rewrite the manual or make youtube tutorials and give more explanation to people with very little technical skills. The wiring looks intimidating but you only need to feed power to the device to have the basic tracking system if you don't need the other features such as the remote shut down of the vehicle, alarm system, etc. I am very satisfied with the product especially with the price and for all the things it does.
