We purchased this to help out our neighbor who's interior driver side door handle had broken. This particular shade of gray was almost impossible to find. Exactly what we needed with quality and good price to boot.

This grabber replaced a brand new, grabber that was low quality and wouldn't work for our purposes. This grabber picks up fairly heavy items of various sizes. Easily picks up paper or coins from the floor...no bending or stooping, and no extreme stretching for high up items. We would definitely recommend this for indoor or outdoor use. Need one for both places?? Buy 2.

Nice heat and massage

I like that it's full back, almost. It doesn't quite come down as far as the picture shows, though. The "shoulders" sit a slight bit above your shoulders, so you don't feel the heat as much as I'd like. I like the different massage choices, and it gets plenty warm on low. Over all, I'm satisfied with my purchase.
