Used Contoller - Work/No Work.
Used switch: Replaced and fits like a charm, but not working. Used switch - turned on (0-10) and had to adjust to about 8 to get enough heat. Normally about 4 would get water boiling. Tested both larger burners. Swapped the switches for the larger burners and the problem moved with the switch.
