Cleared my head!
I didn't know how well this was going to work when I ordered it but after using it now for a couple of weeks, I'll have to say it works great. I've always had sinus and allergy problems especially in the morning. I wake up with my head stopped up and after getting up and moving around a little my nose starts running and I usually sneeze a few times too. The Vicks inhaler puts out a lot of steam out and really opens up my sinus cavities which makes it easier to breathe and helps get rid of congestion in my head. It doesn't hold much water so it heats up rapidly (about 3 minutes) and you only need to use it 5-15 minutes at a time. The steam gets extremely hot and it does have a manual slide to regulate the amount of steam coming out of the unit, even at that I still have to hold my nose a few inches away from the mask to keep from getting too hot. It cools down quick after turning it off. Its electric powered and has a spot to put a vicks vapor pad in it (I haven't tried that yet). I highly recommend it to people who want some relief from sinus congestion.

Good quality for the price
Just the size I needed for my kayak. As good a quality as you find in stores.

Marcy Mini Stepper
I think this is a good value for the money. I am 60 years old and was looking for a machine to get some exercise on that wasn't too costly and was fairly easy to use. This fit the bill just fine. I try to step around 100 steps at a time. I can do that in under 2 minutes and it really gets my heart pumping. I do it several times a day. Can feel it in my calfs and thighs. I've used it less than a month but I think it will hold up fine. I'm around 215 lbs., hope to lose a few pounds with it.
