eddie van halen rocks
I did not own a Van Halen video when I was in the 80's and this video just takes me back to old memories
Not only the guitar solo is great but there are songs that I never listened to that makes me want to buy the cd
I highly recomemded,sometimes you need a break from this generation of lip synchin and not enough instrumental talent

Short Meditations for beginners
I found these 15 minute sessions to be very helpful especially in the morning that I dont have time at all so if you are in need to meditate in such a short time to go to work I think these morning short sessions would be helpful
