Item substandard and does not fit all pods as descibed.
As mentioned by others the Individual racks don't fit k-cup singles, when you fill the tray with k-cups they fall over. My wife had to modify it with plastic inserts she made.

Purchased these and although they say non HP originals they seem to work perfect sealed and clean.
Will defiantly recommend.

Worth the money..
Was worth the money, a bit hard to keep the water balanced but once you get a handle on it, it is fine. Really need a flat surface for this heater is great keeps it right at 104f. If you are looking for a relaxing tub with lots of flow this is for you.
