Athearn Gp40-2 Indiana Harbor Belt, nice model for the money
I received the Athearn Roundhouse IHB GP40-2 pretty quickly and in perfect shape from the vendor. Unboxing it I motives it has wire grabirons throughout. I especially like that these newer Athearn models have LED headlights that light brightly. It has an ok motor and runs smoothly but is somewhat more noisy than my Athearn genesis models. My loco is DC only and responds to my throttle very well and slows to a crawl, which I expect will improve after break-in. I like it so much that I ordered another unit in a different number. If you’re looking for a better quality locomotive to start your railroad empire, I highly recommend these models!

Tamils 1/48 Panther
Although I haven’t started assembly the kit looks great, lots of detail, nicely molded parts and good assembly instructions. It will make a great addition to my 1/48 armor collection.

Nice kit of a Destroyer Escort!
A really nice little kit. Good fit so far. Still working on it. Added Tom’s Model works etched detail set. Will look neat next to my aircraft carrier
