Most flavorful turkey I ever had. My family is hooked on this brine & rub.ub
This brine and rub are amazing. I stumbled on to this 3 years ago and have used it on every turkey since then. I brine the bird overnight, when ready to cook remove from brine and use rub generously. Brine bird in a tub it's sturdier. Then cook. We've crossed over to deep fried turkey. It's so flavorful and crisper skin. When roasted I did not put the bird in my dressing. I used 2 separate pans. The bird juices make the dressing to soupy and takes much longer to cook. I wasn't happy with the texture of the dressing therefore no more bird in the dressing.
