Very very poor... No wonder it was priced so low...
I've been using PaperPort V 9 for many years and decided to upgrade to V 14. It was astounding that no matter what I did V 14 would NOT run after installation.
Contacted Nuance tech support and followed their instructions to the letter: still V 14 would not run.
The only way I finally got it to run was to "refresh" Windows 8 and reinstall ALL the software I normally use. This took about two days to get it all reinstalled.
Then, and only then, was I able to get V 14 installed and usable.

Attractive BUT the hoop is far too small to put on easily: it's a real pain... Must be worn backwards to get on at all...

OK, But Could Be Better...
These screws are OK but they lack a point on the end. A pointed end would make it easy to stall them. As they are it wasn't possible to install one until I ground a point with a Dremel tool.
