Very useful and helpful.
I'm reading Dr. Leaf's other books as well. This one is also excellent.

Moderately interesting
Perhaps I would have liked this better if I were coming from the same place the author is. I am open to new ideas, but often her ideas were rather far out to me.

Fun, entertaining and makes you take a good look at your own values
This story resonated with me. I love when characters make profound changes within themselves due to circumstances that they find themselves in. This story works.
