3 of 3 found this helpful Very easy to fly right out of the box. The 3 flight modes are a great way to learn how to fly. Beginner mode will keep you from making a flight mistake and putting the plane into the ground. Once comfortable with beginner mode, easily switch to intermediate mode to be more daring. When ready, advanced mode is a fast, no holds-barred acrobatic flight. You can switch between modes while flying with the flip of a switch. The best part about this plane is the panic button. If the plane gets too wild, push and hold the panic button and the plane will right itself, flying straight and level with a slight nose up attitude. This plane does get blown all over the place in small winds so calm days are a must. Great product and a lot of fun. If you already have a controller, you can buy just the plane and save $30.

Awesome!
I love my UMX Radian. I run the motor to get it as high as I want, chop the throttle, and cruise around. It flies smoothly through the air and is very responsive. I routinely have flights on 12-15 minutes. It is a great little plane and highly recommend.
