Can only assume that it protects against radiation. Wish it had more credit cad slots.

0 of 1 found this helpful I think this is a quality product and if you like shimmer in your shadow it would be well worth trying. I personally prefer matt shadow, I am using several of them, the deep blue has NO PIGMENT (mine seems to almost have a crust on top, don't know if I just got a bad one or what. I have scraped the top layer off but still not good. The rest of them are great jut to shimmery for my taste. It is shimmer tho, not glitter!
