Stark, truth, grace-rich
Paul David Tripp writes effectively bringing the reality of the human condition and the amazing grace of the Lord Jesus Christ into sharp focus. Each devotional starts with a tweet and finishes with a Bible reference 'For further study and encouragement'. There are lots of memorable truths in between. For example, 'Biblical faith lives at the intersection of shockinghonesty and glorious hope.' [March 18th]
I was given a copy of New Morning Mercies as a gift. The one I ordered recently was given away as a gift. I can imagine buying more copies in the future.
