The earbuds came with connection issues.

My earbuds came in the charging box together but I cannot connect them together the left ear bud is one device and the right one is another. I previously owned a pair of these exact ear buds and had no problems like this so I was disappointed when there was a defect in these earbuds that affects my experience negatively.
