Works well

There's a lot of bad and a little good
2 of 2 found this helpful This is not the original movie set as far as I can tell. The discs were ripped by amateurs, so video quality is very low, audio quality is poor, and even though the subtitles are in perfect English, it's for an entirely different English translation. The images on the discs themselves were poorly printed and faded. That being said, if you have some young kids around, and you don't want to pay $15 to $20 per movie, this is totally acceptable. I personally wanted very crisp 1080p images that I know studio Ghibli can provide. But if you have some little kids around, this will work fine.
