I've had this thing on river floats with me while tubing in the pouring rain and it still kicks out the tunes for the whole party, great bluetooth range, good battery life (days worth if ypu use it a hour or two a day, a night's worth if you dont have the volume cranked for hours.) The bluetooth sharing feature is great for back and forth song picking with people. I also purchased a silicone carrying case and strap so I can have it with me hands free on the go. This is always with me when I'm in the backyard, grilling or camping.
