poor quality, missing parts, poor commuincation. Strike Three your out!!!!
forget the fact that the seller omitted necessary bolts to complete assembly the interaction with the bolts and the frame are ridiculously difficult and impossible with regular hand tools.
The plastic rubber base that incorporates the bolt holes is too small and requires much mechanical force to draw the carriage bolt into the tube.
the seller omitted one necessary bolt and was very difficult to communicate with as English is not there first language. it took three days to communicate the problem with the seller because they are on a different time than where I am located in Eastern Standard and the responses were inept.
finally the necessary bolt was sent but took a full 9 days to arrive from the initial shipment receipt....
my advice look elsewhere.

Really like this bell, bought it unteste...
Really like this bell, bought it untested and because it was made in USA and is probably more than 70 years applied power to it and the old American bell worked like a charm. I should have bought this instead of the Chinese junk that lasted only a month.
