The posting stated the record as EX. It was Good at best. The torn and tatered cover and inlay described as VG....Worn at best. The seller took 3 deceptive pictures and used this as the decription when contacted. Saying, the picture shows no scratches ( one side in fading light). Would not consider any recompense. Look carefully, and honestly, if a seller will not accept returns, probably not a good one to purchase with. Beware of bottom feeders who resell thrift store trash for 3-500% markups
