Poor fit for my ears

They are too big for my ears. The right side doesn't fit my right ear. Really disappointed. The sound is a little tinny. I was expecting more bass. I am not impressed.

Poor picture for any type of movement or action

Terrible picture for any type of movement. Pixelated and grainy - big waste of money, My TV has a good refresh rate and I have a very fast internet service. My Apple TV works as it should.
