great for your health

Really stops the craving for junk food. and also keeps you on your diet plan, by stopping the hunger cravings. also keeps all of my lab values within normal limits. I have a problem with blood sugar, and cholesterol, and this product, along with daily exercise, brings me back to normal limits on my yearly doctor checkups. I am 58 years old, and trying to stay healthy. and if you can cut out all of the raw sugar, and preservatives. and can find a good multi vitamin. you don't have to take all of those diabetes, and cholesterol medications. takes some self discipline. but with this product I can do it.
