Good asset for therapists working with teens who self-injure

This is an excellent workbook for teens as described. However, as the author states, it is to be used in conjunction with a therapist's guidance. I strongly agree!! This is NOT a self-help book. Dr. Shapiro uses common language (as opposed to professional-ese) to which teens can readily relate.
