kind of flimsy
2 of 7 found this helpful bench seems kind of cheap when your laying on the bench and the grip is kind of close. weight plates it comes with are really wide so you can't put much on the bar unless you buy all new plates or a longer bar. I guess it would be good if you are someone that doesn't have vey high goals and just wants to be skinny or whatever.

They'll do
lightweight and comfortable when running but turn the volume up and the music distorts. Especially music with a lot of bass.
