Castle Creations ROCKS!
Hobbytown comes through again (as always). Easy peasy to order, with reliable delivery. The Castle 1412-6400Kv 5mm-shaft motor is an absolute MONSTER in the 1400-motor-series field.
I tested the motor, freewheeling at full throttle on a SkyRC Brushless Motor Analyzer, and the motor was pulling 7 amps on a 7-volt supply. I checked the timing advance on the motor from the factory, and it was set at 15°; semi-low for a drag racing motor.

Great ESC. Runs like a hot potato.
GREAT for data logging and research into the performance of the motor/ESC combo.
WARNING! The ESC power wires are not replaceable, or at least I couldn’t replace them.

Everything was perfect except…
Honestly, these are high-quality stickers, and they were easy to handle, but my sticker page was crumbled some in the mail, and this could have been prevented by a piece of cardboard in the shipping envelope.
BTW: a hair dryer and TLC fixed the problem with the crumbles.
