Unable to use.
The very small book did not give enough basic suggestions as to a "general formula" to choose kidney friendly foods. The paper quality was substandard so would not last well. The recipes were too complicated for someone who did not have extended meal preparation time.
I am sure it would fit some people's needs, but not mine. I do not like being critical of someone's work, and perhaps I did not have enough information to make a good choice when using the web-site.

Abortion Yes or No
The booklet is medically, morally and scientifically sound and yes, compelling for an objective analysis. The world must stop the mass killing of the unborn to regain its sanity. The capability exists to help expectant mothers who need assistance in delivering and caring for a child. Sterile couples are clamoring for adoptable babies. We are not even replacing ourselves which equates to a dying civilization. I hope more will inform themselves of the facts..
