excellent pregnancy workouts!!!!!
these workouts are excellent for each month of pregnancy. it's challenging without being overwhelming. it has kept my arms tights, my sides tight, and my butt lifted! it also has nice stretches that feel REALLY GOOD on my body and belly. I really love it!
