Works very well - but be careful pulling cards out if you don't have long fingernails - They can break.
Con's: You have to be careful if you don't have long fingernails. With some cards, the foam is so tight, it caused me to rip the card in two pieces. I now use my pocket knife, a stylus, or some other small / pointed object to pull cards out that are fully seated in the foam.
Pro's: inexpensive, convenient, does the job I bought it to do (protect / carry my cards).

Genuine Teleflex Part - always buy a branded part like this one!
Genuine Teleflex part. Previously, I had bought one that was not a Teleflex part, and the fitting that goes into the helm was incorrect. Lesson learned. I found this one, and verified it was a genuine Teleflex branded part. Fits perfectly, and worked great. Always buy a genuine branded part if you want to ensure it will work properly.

The most comfortable mask I've used with my CPAP machine - and I needed a Large! (actually.... I need a Med / Large - but Resmed doesn't make yet!)
3 of 3 found this helpful I've been arguing with my CPAP supply person who swears I should wear a medium. But the medium felt too small. To prove them wrong, i paid many times more than what I would pay at my supply house (for a full mask, tubing, and filters) for this mask insert only. But it was worth the purchase, because I proved them wrong - I have been wearing this mask insert at night (using the frame from my Medium mask) with my machine, and it works MUCH better than the medium I had before. I only wish Resmed would make "in between" sizes, as this one pushes the limits - very comfortable, but so large I get some air leaks. A medium - large would be perfect for me.... but they don't make one. So Large will have to do.
