Then I found an IBS specialist who has guided me through a journey to better health. I went to my local health food store and the manager recommended Enzymedica Digest Gold. After I had taken it a while, I noticed it really helped my digestion when I ate. I tried at one time to go back to the old brand of enzymes and immediately felt discomfort after eating. So, I went back to Enzymedica Digest Gold. My IBS Specialist doctor told me this is a "very good brand." At her suggestion, I now take two capsules when I eat my main meal each day.
