Nice bearings but you need tools.
This is one of the new school outboard BB bearings.
It works very well as it essentially replaces the bottom bracket housing in the frame and relocates to a large circumference outside bearing.
Installing is very difficult and requires special tools. If you do not already own, or plan to own many bike tools, I'd re-evaluate which brand of cranks you are using. The Campy 'torque' BB bearings and various cranks that require them are all a bit fiddly to install.
If I had it to do over I'd have gone with the less premium Shimano.

Great DVD for Diehard fans.
It is a fun DVD if you are a Babymetal fan.
I was a little annoyed to find that the set list and performance is almost identical on both 'nights'. But it's good nonetheless.
A sure requirement for diehard fans.,
