FAULTY PRODUCT
After buying this product. I have used it for day one to stream games on many platforms. Well today, it randomly went out. I tried to uninstall drivers and reinstall, the computer won't even recognize the device. I troubleshooted for 4 hours. At which point I realized the camera is now a dud. I spent over $100 on this supposedly brand new. It has not moved from where I put it the first day. Did everything I could to try and figure it out. The camera does not work. I am very unhappy with this purchase.
