A Must Have Book
This is a book that everyone must have. This book sets forth the proposition that cancer has a psychological and emotional basis as to the onset and progression or termination of the disease. It does this through referencing and illustrating the work of various physicians throughout history and time from Galen of 2000 years ago to studies in the U.S. of a few decades ago.
This book has opened the doors to a new era in medicine where many are now exploring how the human psyche affects one's health. It a is a must read.

Prefer Paperback
"Getting Well Again" is an excellent book that describes the emotional and psychological aspects that have been found to be involved with the onset of cancer. Great information from physicians of all eras.
It is a great book to own whether you have cancer or not. I return to read tidbits so often, though, that I prefer the paperback edition to the hard cover.
