Best stuff ever!
Not sticky or greasy. Doesn't leave your hair stiff.

Nothing fishy here!
Many Omega 3's have a fishy taste and smell. This one does not at all! It actually has no taste or smell at all. They are also very easy to swallow even though they are on the larger size. I noticed an improvement on how I felt after a week and a half. I'm so glad I purchased these!
