Really good product.
6 of 6 found this helpful I've read ashwagandha was good for adrenal fatigue, anxiety and headaches. So far it helped me with all three.. Noticed my symptoms alleviate after two weeks of taking ashwagandha. I recommend it to anyone looking for relief, but ask your doctor first.
