A bit stiff ??
Not quite as flowing as I had in mind, but it works fine. I used a warm iron to smooth the jacket patch a bit more, and that made a nice tight fit. Be sure to rough up a jacket patch for better hold, I don't like to use the highest heat on some jacket materials, like nylon wind breakers. It is thicker, so press hard for 10 minutes to be sure, I use clean wood/brick block.

Cool, classic and looks like they hold lids better
I used them for hatch latches, put a plastic gasket under the springs side, so they don't touch as much. Helps them close smoother, but the factory would have to raise prices, so you can see why some stuff is needing creative mounting touches. No big deal, as they work and look better than most.

splines fairly chewed up, but it was cheaper !!
When replacing a prop shaft, consider the actual spline condition. If it wasn't for the burrs, this might not hold up well. On my electric power conversion of lower HP, not so much of an issue, still marginal for use as a replacement part without wondering if it will hold together. Shipping was good, part clean and packed well.
