  eBay underestimated postage and the PO charged me $7.93 additional. I asked buyer if he would voluntarily pay part of the postage. He first complained that I asked, but then asked me to invoice him for add’l charge which I did not do. When the clock arrived, Buyer was unhappy that it didn’t work although I did not list it as working. I offered to refund the purchase price, but buyer decided to keep item. Item was as advertised, was shipped promptly and arrived safely. Why negative review?
